I will be taking part in a 10 day charity trek on the Great Wall of China in May to raise money for CARE International UK.

CARE International currently have about 100 personnel in Haiti distributing food as well as providing water, hygiene kits, temporary shelter and support for emergency health and are deploying additional emergency teams to co-ordinate the response. Your donation will help CARE support the people of Haiti.

My training has already begun with lots of agonising trips to the gym and running through the badlands of East London! I need some support and motivation from my family and friends.

So….. here’s where all you wonderful people come in. Please give a little and I promise I will give a lot – definitely sweat, hopefully no blood but there may well be tears! Your donation will help CARE support the people of Haiti.
