How far would you walk to get clean water?
Women in poor countries walk long distances to get water for their families – sponsor me for the concern 'Walk for Water' sponsored walk so they won’t have to go so far.

 

Imagine having to walk for 3 hours in order to quench your thirst and run the risk of obtaining a water borne disease for your hard work.  Every day millions of people in the developing world, usually women and children, have to do this. The journeys can be 10 miles long.  You can help to change this by supporting Concern Worldwide’s efforts to bring clean water to the world’s poorest people.
