We will be taking part in the Warwickshire Triathlon, it will take place on the 3rd October 2010 and consistes of the following:

Swimming - 200 meter

Cycle         - 23km (14 Miles)

Run            - 2.5km (1.6 Miles)

We are not out to set any world records just get a little fitter and complete the course while raising lots of money for a good cause that will help so many people including some of our family and friends.
