<p>"The Green Team", Ros, Mandy, Mel & Lara will be taking part in the Cancer Research UK's Race For Life 5k in Hamsptead, London on 4th June 2011. We are doing the Race for Life in memory of 'Ray Green', devoted husband to Ros and special dad to Mandy, Mel and Lara. </p>
<p>Out of the blue, on 2nd October 2009, Ray was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer. For nine months Ray battled this silent killer disease and on 10th July 2010, he lost his brave fight. We miss our dad so very much every day and wish he was still here, especially for our mum. </p>
<p>Pancreatic cancer has the lowest survival rate of any cancer. Fewer than 3% of people diagnosed with pancreatic cancer survive more than three years. And fewer than 20% survive more than a year. These figures have not changed for more than 40 years. Fundraising is crucial to changing these statistics. Please help us to make a difference. </p>
