This is the 'Link veterans' team page - a team of old friends of Link Community Development (formerly Link Africa), aiming to complete the challenge of cycling the equivalent distance from the UK to 'Reach' Africa, to mark 20 years of Link and to launch this new event.  We will set off on 5th October and collectively cycle the distance of 1100miles. Please support us to raise over £1000 for education projects in sub-saharan Africa.

On a more personal note, with this event and our team we are also commemorating Graham Thom, the founding Director of Link Africa, who sadly died last year.  His energy and vision were instrumental in the early years of Link, and we pay tribute to that in starting what we hope will be the next 20year chapter of LCD.
