The trainers in the picture at the top of the page are not what took a pounding yesterday but my wheelchair did and I felt slightly limp as the thermometer escalated to 28 degrees.  However, I completed the sponsored walk that I promised to do, and have done for the past 4 years, to raise funds for the disabled children who attend Greemead School.  The funds are used to provide physical therapies within the school, something that these children badly need to help them perform basic daily tasks with less pain.

I know that the economic climate is tough but even donating the Just Giving minimum of two pounds will make a difference and, whatever the climate, these profoundly disabled children have to live with their conditions.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
