Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm running the London marathon in 2011 for the Spinal Injures Association.  Being involved in horse riding I am very aware of the many spinal injuries caused by falling off horses and how spinal injuries can really effect someone's life.

These are the aims that the SIA have and this is what your money would go towards:

  • Offer support and assistance from the time of injury and for the rest of a paralysed person's life
  • Provide services to increase an individual's quality of life
  • Support the families of newly injured people
  • Increase knowledge and awareness of the causes and consequences of spinal cord injury
  • Campaign for the best medical and social care for spinal cord injured people
  • Any money you can give would be greatly appreciated and help make a difference for thos with spinal injuries.
