Dear Friends and Family, 

It's been a while since I've ran for a charity and it's long over due.  Since my last fundraising effort I have known several more people personally who have been diagnosed and even a few who have passed.  So it is now time and with more conviction that I raise funds, spread the word and try to motivate more people to do the same.  Please help me and do what you can.  With all our help hopefully we can see less people being diagnosed and more survivors.
