Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Combining my love of cycling with fundraising seemed like a good idea until plotting the route from End to End, but the little trip from Lands End to John O'Groats (LEJoG) starting on the 6th August will be well worth it if I can reach the fundraising target.
I am taking on this challenge in order to raise money for Laura Wicks (Comet) who has a strong association with Camp Hill Rugby Club.
Comet suffered a serious head injury in 2003 and is currently being looked after in Marillac nursing home. The money raised will be donated to the home to help them provide the best possible support and treatment for Comet, as well as her fellow residents.
As you may know we all made it covering a total of 1200 miles with only 1 trip to A&E for a non-cycling related injury (Robyns finger trapped in a gate). Thanks to all of you who put us up for the night, let us camp for free and fed us.
Along the route we recieved lots of support from strangers and friends alike. Thanks again for your support nearly reached the fund raising target!
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer.
