Last year I cycled to work and back every day for 8 weeks whilst my friend underwent radiotherapy. I raised money for Brain Tumour Research and got a lot fitter in the process. Since then my friend has had a gruelling course of chemotherapy and is now out the other side with all treatment complete (for now). Brain tumours suck and more research is needed.

So I'm back on my bike and fundraising again. I didn't really expect to get a place in Ride London because I know people who have entered the ballot many times and not been successful. But they chose me! 

I've bought a road bike and some padded shorts and the training is in full swing. I'll be cycling 100 miles around London and Surrey on Sunday 30th July. I would be very grateful for any sponsorship received for this worthy cause.
