At 12pm on Friday 7th October 2011, I will be taking the plunge and abseiling down the 15 stories of the KPMG building in Canary Wharf for Barnardo's.

As I am slightly scared of heights I am unsure why I have signed up for such a terrifying experience, but please sponsor me to support Barnardo's and the great work they do with children and young people.
