As some of you may know, Rich’s best friend Lee ‘Rocky’ Rogers sadly took his own life last year. His amazing wife Ana is organising a night walk in his memory to raise funds for local mental health charities and raise awareness about suicide.
We will be walking 13 miles from Slebech Park to Saundersfoot, starting in the darkness at 10 pm and finishing in the light at 5 am (ish!!) to represent moving from the darkness of depression to hope and light of helping friends.
