On 30 October 2009 I am taking part in a sponsored fire walk challenge to raise money for the Arthur Rank Hospice.

The challenge involves walking barefoot over red hot embers smouldering at over 1200 degrees Fahrenheit.

Arthur Rank House supports over 1000 patients and families each year, helping them to deal with the challenges presented by cancer and other life limiting illnesses.
