Last year one of my best friends was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. Her srength, her resilience and her ability to laugh and keep laughing in the face of adversity was nothing short of astonishing. So when she asked me to be part of the big C and fundraise for Breakthrough Breast Cancer I didn't have much choice.And if she can find the enrgy and time to train over the next few months then I certainly can.

For those of you that remember me swearing never to run again after my first half marathon in a hailstorm with foaming armpits- I know. I'm not sure what I'm thinking either. Actually I do know what i'm thinking- I'm thinking PLEASE  sponsor moi- doesn't have to be a lot-just please do it. If I hit £350( and my training regime ensures a body beautiful )i may even run it in pink pants like my photo- don't say I'm not good to y'all!
