10 years ago our dad was taken from us because of an unexpected heart attack. He had not been ill, and was not showing any signs of ill health. 

Coronary Heart Disease is a leading cause of death both in the UK and worldwide. Currently around 73,000 people die each year from Heart Disease, and it will kill 5 times more women than breast cancer.

In memory of our wonderful dad, we are trekking 17 miles across Derbyshire's High Peak, following the line of the old Cromford and High Peak Railway.
