I am raising money for the Midlands Air Ambulance as without them my Dad might not be here today after he suffered a heart attack when he was out on his motorbike a year ago.

Their speedy response getting my Dad to a hospital was fantastic.

They are a charity, and all donations made help to ensure that it keeps running, and that the service is available to any individuals that need it.

I am running the Birmingham Half Marathon on October 21st.
