About my charity : ClearVision Project ClearVision Project
ClearVision children's braille library lends books by post to hundreds of young visually-impaired children in the UK. These books - from Thomas the Tank Engine to Jacqueline Wilson - have the text in print and braille so that everyone can share them. £15 pays for a new book for the ClearVision library!

ClearVision was originally my mum's brilliant creation to enable blind children to share/read mainstream books with sighted people. This is done by interleaving clear plastic sheets embossed with braille into normal childen's books. It has grown into a national lending library, but urgently needs ongoing funding to keep up with the demand. It costs about 15 pounds to produce a book. This is the only source for blind children to access and enjoy the same books as their friends.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: ClearVision Project will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
