I will be running various events to help raise money for YoungLives Vs Cancer (CLIC) 

• London marathon - October 2022 

• Berlin Marathon - September 2023 (there will be a separate page for this one!) 

My reason for wanting to fundraise for Young Lives vs Cancer is because of my son, who was diagnosed with Cancer back in December 2016 aged 12, but sadly lost his fight December 2017 aged 13 (12 days before he was due to turn 14!) 

CLIC Sargent (as they were at the time) were the nursing staff and support team who looked after Alex from the moment he was diagnosed right up to and beyond his final day. I am continuing to fundraise for them so they can continue to help provide vital support for other children and young people with cancer.
