<p>Nearly 3 years ago one of my oldest friends from school sadly died from viral encephalitis. Lisa was 28 years old and left behind her little boy, Toby&nbsp;and her husband, James. As a result&nbsp;the Live Foundation&nbsp;was set up in her honour and to raise awareness and funds for research into Encephalitis.</p> <p>I always said that I would do something to raise money following Lisa's death and the time has now come. I will be running the 'Run to the Beat' half marathon on the 25th September 2011 and would love for you to dig deep into your pockets and sponsor me.</p> <p>I'm sure you will know that running is not one of my key strengths and my training is just beginning.
