<p><strong>I wonder if I can take a minute of your time to let you know about an exciting charity event…</strong></p>

<p>Darren Frostick part of <span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>The Red Group</strong> </span>will be cycling for charity to the next annual BAR conference in May 2011.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>This journey will be from NW10 London to the conference, which will be held in Manchester.</p>
<p><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>This is a total of approx 175 miles (avoiding motorways)!</strong></span></p>
