I'm heading off on a Cambodian trekking adventure to help raise money and awareness for the brilliant work done by Medecins Sans Frontieres.
If you don't know much about them... they are a fantastic independent medical organisation who send medical staff to help those in greatest need- regardless of politics, race or religion.
So I'm going to Angkor Wat from Siem Reap- through paddy fields and dense forest, with none of the usual luxuries you know I love!
I'm funding the trip myself so every penny raised goes straight to MSF. My provisional target is £500...........
