I will (attempt to) run the half marathon (Great Scottish Run, 5th September) and raise sponsorship for SCIAF.
It is SCIAF's aim to help to make a real and lasting difference to the lives of people living in some of the world’s poorest countries. www.sciaf.org.uk You can be sure that any money donated will be well spent, I have no target in mind but, for example, if I manage to raise a total of £140, this would provide training and equipment for two midwives in Uganda, £557 could provide water for a village in Haiti, etc. Any sponsorship would be much appreciated.
