<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit myJustGiving page.</p>
<p>Erskine relies heavily on donations from the public and with the money raised provides outstanding residential care to the men and women who were prepared to put their lives on the line for us, whilst serving in the Armed Forces.</p>
<p>I have witnessed first hand the professionalism of the staff at Erskine as my Uncle John was a resident at the Erskine’s West End home in Glasgow .</p>
<p>Therefore peeps, I have decided once again to <em>'get involved'</em> in a spot of physical exertion by running around the <em>'Dear Green Place'</em> (Glasgow for the uninitiated), for this truly great cause. <a href="http://www.erskine.org.uk/"><span style="color: #800080;">http://www.erskine.org.uk/</span></a></p>
<p>Those of you who know me well will be saying, “Hmm ok, that sounds a little too straight forward”. Well boys and girls you are right.</p>
<p>So, on the 4<sup>th</sup> September we will complete the Great Scottish Run not only in boots, but carrying a <span style="text-decoration: underline;">full</span> bergan (rucksacks), which will be very heavy indeed (55lbs in total). I obviously didn't learn my lesson the last time.</p>
