In May 2017 myself and 91 others are cycling from London to Paris to raise money for Stroke Association.

The cylce is in memory of Tina Trafford who aged just 53 suffered a devastating stroke despite being incredibly fit and healthy. Aside from raising money, we want to raise awareness of strokes and how they can affect anyone.

We have set an ambitious target of £100,000.00, which will go to improving the lives of those affected by stroke.
