Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am riding from Lands Ends to John O'Groats in 9 days from 8th - 16th September.  That's 950 miles and 20,000m of uphill and one hell of a sore bottom.  I am riding with the Cisco Systems Team (a 70's disco outfit from California, lycra flares and everything) and our charity is the Bristish Paralympic Association, which does fantastic work helping those altheletes that have (are are right now) inspiring us all.  My trip is paid for so all your hard earned cash will go to the charity.

If I get half way to the target I may shave my legs and post a picture of them in all their smoothness here.
