Hello Everyone

This September marks the 19th anniversary of my ordination and the first anniversary of my new diet. I have managed to lose five and a half stone since last Septmber and to celebrate this achievement I am going to be taking part in the 11 mile Dorset Coastal Challenge from Lyme Regis to Burton Bradstock along the coastal path on Saturday 25th September 2010.

This walk is to raise much needed funds for Parkinson's UK. Every hour someone in the UK is told they have Parkinson's. I hope you can find it in your heart to sponsor me for this event, by using the JustGiving website.
