Story

As a group of young, energetic teenagers, we have once again come across an exiting challenge. There will be 11 of us, walking with 1 or 2 Adults for our own safety, and our 2 drivers in the minibus. We are planning to complete The Three Peaks Challenge in 24 hours; a very elevated goal for people of our age.  As we prepare for this we are also hoping to raise some sponsorship and publicity in the local community. We have set a goal of raising over £2000 and are now asking you for your support in providing donations and sponsors for this event.

We are raising money for FO$S (Friends of Sandringham School) to provide extra facilities and equipment for school. The funds are being raised by a number of groups over the weekend of June 29 - by climbing the – , and . Not only will our School benefit, but our group has an agreement that 25% of the Sponsorship we raise will be going towards our local Explorer Scout troop, of which we are all members; to enable us to purchase much needed camping and hiking equipment. The School Council has also decided that 20% of the funds raised for the school will be donated to .

Our Group hopes to raise at least £2000 sponsorship from this event.

There is a 'parent' web site for this event where you can view our overall fundraising progress: http://www.justgiving.com/sandringham3peaks

WE COMPLETED THE EVENT IN EXACTLY 23hrs 30mins

I would like to say a big thank you for sponsors, and also to everyone else who was in team!
