On July 12 I'll be joining my colleagues on a trek up the highest mountain in the UK - Ben Nevis! This is a massive personal challenge for me, I've never signed up to something like this before. It will mean lots of steep incline treadmill walking, strengthening my muscles and climbing smaller mountains to prepare. I'm a little bit nervous but I know I can do it :) 

The most important reason for doing this is to raise money for the Princes Trust. The Princes Trust change the lives of children and young adults in the UK by supporting those facing homelessness, mental health issues, money management challenges and helping them with employment and training opportunities.
