That's it all over for another year.  It was a great day for running.  Cool and drizzly at times.  Perfect!

I was aiming for under 1 hour 50 minutes if possible and managed to finish in 1 hour 49 mins and 29 secs.  Just made it then.  Delighted with that time though.

Thanks to everyone who supported me by sponsoring me on behalf of Carers Scotland. 

I can recommend the Great Scottish Run.  Great atmosphere at the beginning if a bit short on support from spectators nearer the end where it was needed.  The pipers, drummers etc were all wonderful and kept our spirits up.

Thank you again from me and from carers who will benefit from our efforts.
