As part of the 'Men United' initiative I'll be running from the City Ground, Nottingham to the iPro Stadium, Derby with some fellow Forest (and Derby) fans to raise awareness for the fight against Prostate Cancer. Any donations or even just a share will be greatly appreciated.

I've never run any kind of marathon so I'm putting a lot of work into getting myself in shape to run the 20 miles in just 7 weeks! I'm looking forward to the challenge though as well as helping spread the word and increase the donations towards battling Prostate Cancer.
