Well the event is now over and I have completed the Cardiff Half Marathon 2010.  I set myself a target time of 1 hour 30 mins to complete it, so I was extremely pleased to cross the finish line in 1 hour 26 mins.  You can still sponsor me even though the event is now over so please do as every little will help.

I am raising money fo Four Paws Animal Rescue who are a small independent South Wales based charity who take in, help and re-home any animals. for more information you can visit the website at www.fourpawsanimalrescue.org.uk

 

Any donations will be gratefully recieved and will make a huge difference to this small charity.
