Dear friends,

So the head shave is finally happening… for the past year I've been street fundraising and massaging for Target Ovarien Cancer Trust hoping to reach my goal of £3000 … 

Today I massaged a marathon runner who'd lost his long term girlfriend last year. She lost her battle with ovarian Cancer within 2 months at the age of 27. 

It really reminded me that life is too short and that encouraged me to do all the things I want to, like keeping fit and being more aware of my diet. This year I'm going to do a Sky diving and travel more!!….and stop talking about all the things I want to do and JUST DO IT! 

Just like Yasmine… the last year has been really tough, but she continues to get on with work, and doing the things she loves and all the while she's always her positive, funny, energetic self… LOVE YOU YASMINE!!! You inspire me! This for you <3
