My story

Please consider sponsoring me as a member of The Royal Star & Garter 2012 London Marathon team. This amazing charity looks after disabled ex-service men and women through residential nursing & therapeutic care homes in the United Kingdom. I’ve visited the homes, met the caring staff, and more importantly seen the smiles on the faces of those who will benefit most from your generosity.

As Christy and I wrap up our time in Cambridge we could not think of a better way to give a bit back to a wonderful UK organization. I’ll be running 26 miles – rain or shine – on 22 April for a great cause.

Thanks to those of you have contributed to my Help for Heroes efforts in the past. The Royal Star & Garter is a much smaller organization and therefore will benefit almost immediately from any funds raised. Thanks in advance for any amount you might be able to share. My hope is to have an impact and to do so I’ve set a goal of £ 2,012 pounds (just over $ 3,000 dollars).
