My name is Rich and I am taking part in the Birmingham Half Marathon on Sunday the 11th of October. It begins at 10am and the half marathon is 13.1 miles long.

   I am taking part to raise money for the Edward's Trust Charity which is my store's - Sainsbury's Selly Oak's Charity of the Year. The Edward's Trust is a charity which my store will be working with over the next year to try and reach a target of £12,000 and I wanted to do my bit. The Edward's Trust is a charity that supports and cares for families and children during child illness and bereavement.
