From 2nd July to 4th July I'll be riding 240 miles in three days from St Austell to Bideford, then Taunton and finally on to Bristol, taking in some large climbs on the way. Whilst cycling is a hobby, training rides so far are demonstrating that even one day of this ride will be a challenge; I haven't yet faced up to how to do it three days in a row !!.
This ride is in support of Children's Hospice South West who help and support children and their families who are living with life limiting or life threatening conditions. You can find out lots more details about the charity at www.chsw.org.uk

I've paid a registration fee to cover costs, so I understand 100% of all the money raised by the riders will be donated to help CHSW fund their annual costs of £6million (of which only 9% comes from the Government!) and this is only guaranteed until 2010) as well as contribute towards the £5million needed to build a third hospice.
