Thank you all for your kindness and support. It will make it so much easier to grind out the miles in training knowing I have all of you behind me.

When my mother was ill all those years ago, we received cherishing care from her Macmillan nurse. Now that I've finally got myself off the fags, up off my arse and taken up running I can make a small contribution to raising a wee bit of cash to thank them. Please spare what you can.
