Story
Myself and a few others are taking part in Tough Guy on Jan 27th.
Why?
Firstly, because we want to help raise money for SpecialEffect. These guys help provide games and gaming equipment for disabled and hospitalised children, so that they can have a higher quality of life.
Secondly, because we apparently have a near-fatal case of enjoying copious amounts of pain! The Tough Guy event is brutal. Very, very brutal. Take a look here for proof: http://www.toughguy.co.uk/
Knowing I'll be doing this event for a good cause is the motivation I need. Seriously, check out the video of the event! Just for training and preparation we're planning on running 100+ miles in December. Tough Guy will HURT.
So, please send your monies! I might not make it back in one piece!
Thanks,
Rich
