Every year in the UK 83,000 young people find themselves homeless.   I am sleeping out with other EY Partners and colleagues in Forbury Gardens in Reading to help raise funds for Action for Children so that they can continue to support these vulnerable young people across the UK.

Looking forward to spending time with the other local organisations from across the Thames Valley that are committed to helping this very worthy cause.   As businesses seek to continue to help drive the economic prosperity of the region, we must not lose sight of the fact that a region can only be successful if it cares about the health and well-being of the local communities.

However, not looking forward to experiencing how homeless people spend their nights around the country - here's hoping the weather is kind to us.
