This year is my good friend Paul's 10th Year in Remission for Leukaemia and so to celebrate this amazing acheivement he is undertaking 10 Challenges, and some of his close friends are joining Paul on the epic challenges.

Starting on the 24th June we will be cycling from Minster on the Isle of Sheppey to Burnham-On-Sea in Somerset, CHASING THE SUN. The aim being to leave Minster at Sunrise and complete the 205 mile cycle to Burnham-on-Sea before Sunset.

On the 29th June I will cycling from Ashford to Amsterdam over 3 days, cover nearly 300 miles, a walk in the park compared to Chase the Sun.

In July I will be competing in the London Triathlon before having a rest during the summer.

I September rather than just cycling from London to Paris, as we have done for the last 3 years, we're getting the train to Paris so we can cycle from Paris to London and then join the main London to Paris ride on the 14th September and head back to Paris again. 700 miles in 7 days.
