Annie spent her last week in the Heart of Kent Hospice; they cared for her every need and were a great support to me during this difficult period.

All Hospices’ provide such a vital role in caring for the seriously unwell and helping their families through these challenging times; the organisation and people need our support.

I strongly urge you to support all Hospices, but The Heart of Kent Hospice is the one that means so much to us.

As Annie was a generous person all her life, please give generously to this Organisation.
