Tatton Triathlon · 18 September 2010

Alzheimer’s Research UK is the UK’s leading dementia research charity. We’re striving for a cure, by revolutionising the way we treat, diagnose and prevent dementia.

Story

I'm taking part in a sprint triathlon at Tatton Park on the 18th September, this consist of;

- 750 m open water swim

- 19k bike ride

- 5 k run

I am undertaking this seemingly crazy task in aid of the Alzheimer's trust; this is a cause close to my heart as both my grandma and my auntie have suffered from dementia.

The Alzheimer's trust funds world class research to find ways of preventing or curing Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.  The Alzheimer’s trust does not receive any government funding and relies solely on donations through fundraising events like this to fund its crucial research. www.alzheimers-research.or.guk

Please try to donate as much as you can to a cause I'm sure you'll agree is very worthwhile.
