Hi,

 

Im running 13 miles for charity and if you dont know im more of a bike man, and i pretty much had my leg rebuilt after a car accident several years ago, so im probably gonna die. Please reward my effort by giving to CAI, there a great charity who do lots of work with mothers and babies in developing nations. I went to cameroon to help them earlier this year and i couldn't believe how much they manage to do with such little outdated equipment and resources. So please donate to help them train more local staff and get more equipment...
