I am taking part in Tough Mudder Yorkshire in July 2019 to raise money for the fantastic cause that is The Children's Hospital Charity.

Tough Mudder is a combination of running (8-10 miles) and gruelling obstacles, plus plenty of mud.  As many of you know, running is not one of my strong points so it will be a real challenge for me.  Hopefully my knees will get me through it.

Money raised will be used to fund things that the NHS does not cover, so the Hospital can continue to buy life-saving equipment, fund vital research and treatment for thousands of children and help them to create a comfortable, engaging environment for their patients.

Every little helps and can make a real difference to these children's lives both now and in the future, so please give whatever you can, HSBC will also be matching any donations that I receive.
