After completing the Virgin London Marathon last year in a time of 3 hours and 27 minutes, i'm hoping to knock off at least 27 minutes this time around.

So much so that if I don't manage to complete the marathon in under 3 hours I will be donating £500 of my own money to my chosen charity Shaw Trust!

Shaw Trust is a national charity which supports disabled and disadvantaged people to prepare for work, find jobs and live more independently.
