At the end of the month I will be running the Snowdonia marathon for the 6th time though this is the 1st time I'm attempting to raise money.This is down to the truly inspirational Irfon and Rebecca Williams, both showing phenomenal bravery and heart through such troubling times 

 For those who know me well, there is, for me, a greater challenge than any marathon and that is 'Going sober for October'!! I feel that this is the least I can do given my fondness for red wine!!

So please give generously so I may raise my glass to you in November!
