Pratham’s mission is to enable learning for school, work and life. Each year, we reach over 5 million learners through hands-on programmes in schools and communities, and by working in close partnership with governments to strengthen education systems at scale.

Story

Thanks for visiting my JustGiving page.

My aim this year is to try and run this one under four hours, so if anyone knows how to train for that in 12 weeks let me know :)

Lack of training aside I am looking forward to running in London again and appreciate the support to help me raise money!

This time I am raising money for a slightly different charity, Pratham. They are an indian charity that has helped over 33 million children in India to read and write and I have chosen them because I think it is easy to forget how difficult other peoples lives can be outside the UK, there are still over 80 million children in India that cannot read or write!

Anything you can donate to my fundraising would be greatly appreciated and if you have any fund raising suggestions or are able to pass on to anyone else you think may donate that would be great.

Thanks for supporting me

Richard
