The Countrywide Great Tour is a charity cycling event in which participants will be cycling lengths of Britain's coast line in stages over 64 days, averaging 100km a day.

I will be joining stage 54 on the 26th August 2015 from Weston-Super-Mare to Chepstow with a brilliant team of fellow cyclists from my business.

This will be a huge challenge, but I'm sure it will also be great fun as I will be taking part with a group of amazing colleagues.
