To mark the 10th anniversary of telent, employees will be Cycling, Running and Walking in relay the 1,100km between the North and South telent locations meeting at the HQ in Warwick.  As part of this I will be completing a 45km cycle down the canal to Wolverhampton, Cycling 60km Walsall to Kenilworth, Running 12km Kenilworth to Hatton and then walking 6.5km back to telent Warwick (the 60km cycle followed by 12km run is going to be quite a challenge and something I haven't done before!!)

Prior to this I completed a 24 miles in 24 hour challenge (1 mile per hour every hour) with all sorts of different themed miles. I actually completed 37 miles in total (and paid for it!)
