My story

Braving rough seas and chilly waters,  I have joined the ZRSDP swimming team (Justin, Gus, James, Jamie, Richard & Suz) to attempt to cross the English Channel - the busiest shipping channel in the world. Between the 23rd and 29th July, our swimming team will gather from all round the world to attempt a ~24mile relay.

Money raised will be used to complete the building of teachers' accomodation and a classroom block at Makowe Primary School in rural Zimbabwe. You can see from this presentation just how much they need our help. Makowe Presentation.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe and once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to our charity. So please dig deep and donate now.

Charity Registration No. 1085718

ZRSDP aims to help schools in rural Zimbabwe. By working with our local contacts in Zimbabwe, we direct our funds where we believe they will have the highest impact, providing materials for communities to build classrooms and furniture. Our hope to improve the learning environment in some of the poorest areas of the country.
