Tough Mudder London South 2016 · 24 September 2016 to 25 September 2016 ·

The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This weekend I'm joining my Informa colleagues to run the infamous 'Tough Mudder' - a 12 mile mud-based obstacle assault course designed to inflict maximum discomfort and suffering on participants. Obtuse? Perhaps - But I'm running this to help raise money for The Prince's Trust.

I'm especially looking forward to the 'Arctic Enema' at Mile 9... (See diagram). I understand it's deep... and refreshing!

Any amount you might be able to give towards helping me achieve / smash my realistically modest target would be gratefully received!
